Mrs. Gaona joined the Superior Mobile Health family just under 5 years ago as para transit driver. With her passion to grow and learn, Mrs. Gaona became a Certified Transportation Specialist (CST) in just short time. As her eagerness to learn continued and her passion for the industry grew, she later was promoted as a Dispatcher where she earned a certification as an Emergency Medical Dispatcher (EMD).
These experiences provided multiple attributes for her personnel growth and the family at SMH, which are key qualities for management positions. She is now the supervisor for Superior Shuttle Division an affiliate of Superior Mobile Health, where she oversees hiring, training, and logistics for this growing division.
Her passion continues to hold true and she is looking forward to the growth of this second family.
